Yes. For reservations made directly through our website or via email, a valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking and secure the room for your arrival.

Can I book multiple rooms under one reservation?

Yes, you may book multiple rooms under a single reservation, subject to availability.

What is included in the room rate?
  • Room rates include accommodation and access to the hotel’s facilities. Additional benefits, such as breakfast or other services, may be included depending on the selected rate plan.
  • All rooms also feature complimentary in-room amenities, including mineral water (two bottles per day), tea and coffee, and a welcome drink with cold towel upon arrival.
What's room occupancy & Children policy?
  • Premier Suites allow up to 2 adults, while Family Suites and Grand Suites can accommodate up to 4 adults.
  • Children under 6 years old may stay free of charge when sharing the existing bedding with their parents. For children aged 6–11, a surcharge may apply, with or without breakfast depending on the selected rate. Guests 12 years old and above are considered adults and an extra bed is required.
  • Maximum 01 extra bed is available in all room categories.
Can I request a specific high floor room?

Yes, you can request a high floor room. We will do our best to accommodate your preference; however, it is subject to availability at the time of check-in.

Is there any offer for long-stay guests?

Yes, we offer special rates and benefits for long-stay guests. Please contact our Reservations team directly so we can provide the most suitable offer based on your length of stay and travel dates.

Check-in & Check-out

What documents are required at check-in?

Guests are required to present a valid passport or government-issued ID at check-in for registration purposes. A credit card is required for payment or a refundable security deposit. Alternatively, a refundable cash deposit is required upon check-in.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is before 11:00.

Can I request early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Do you provide luggage storage?

Yes. Complimentary luggage storage is available for guests before check-in and after check-out.

  • One Bedroom Premier Suite with options for room views: Oceanfront, Partial Ocean View, and City View
  • Grand Suite 2-Bedroom Ocean View

What's the difference between Family Suite 2-bedroom Ocean View and Grand Suite 2-bedroom Ocean View?
  • The Family Suite 2-Bedroom Ocean View is a single suite designed for families, featuring a master bedroom with a smaller bedroom inside, along with a living room and kitchen area. The suite offers an ocean view and includes one bathroom with a bathtub.
  • The Grand Suite 2-Bedroom Ocean View consists of two separate rooms connected by an internal door. Each room has its own bathroom with a shower (Japanese-style rooms feature bathtubs instead). In this configuration, the main room offers an ocean view, while the second room has a partial ocean view.
Is there a bathtub in the room?

Bathtubs are available in Family Suite 2-Bedroom Ocean View. For other room types, a limited number of rooms feature bathtubs, which may be requested subject to availability.

Is housekeeping provided daily?

Yes, housekeeping service is provided daily to ensure a comfortable stay. Additional housekeeping assistance is available upon request by contacting our Front Desk.

Do you have smoking rooms?

All guest rooms are non-smoking. Each room has a private balcony, where smoking is permitted with the balcony door closed.

How to use the in-room phone?

Instructions for using the in-room phone are available in the Hotel Directory provided in every guest room. Guests may also contact the Front Desk for assistance if needed.

Do you provide baby cots?

Yes, baby cots are available free of charge, subject to availability. Guests are kindly advised to contact the hotel in advance to arrange.

Do the bathrooms have curtains or full privacy?

Yes, all bathrooms are equipped with adjustable privacy blinds, which can be closed for full privacy at any time. In some photos, the blinds may appear open to showcase the room design and view.

Yes, the front desk operates 24 hours a day to assist guests at any time.

How do I use the swimming pool?

The hotel’s rooftop infinity pool is located on the 25th floor and offers beautiful ocean views. Access is complimentary for all in-house guests, and it is open daily from 06:00 to 20:00. Pool towels are available at the pool area for guests’ convenience.

Does the hotel offer any airport transfer services?

Yes, airport transfer services can be arranged upon request. Guests are kindly advised to contact the hotel in advance to arrange the service. Additional charges apply.

Where are the restaurants located and what are their opening hours?

The hotel features three dining outlets:

  • Savor Restaurant, located on the 3rd floor, serves breakfast buffet from 06:30 to 10:00.
  • Magic Lounge, located on the 25th floor, offers an Ă  la carte menu featuring international cuisine and a bar. Opening hours: 06:30 – Midnight.
  • Sweet Bakery & Bistro, located on the 1st floor, offers freshly baked pastries and cakes, a variety of beverages, and a light menu. Opening hours: 06:30 – 10:30.
Does the hotel offer breakfast?

Yes, a daily buffet breakfast featuring Vietnamese and international dishes is served from 06:30 to 10:00 at Savor Restaurant. During peak periods, breakfast may also be served at Magic Lounge, offering the same menu.
Note:

  • Breakfast inclusion depends on the selected rate plan. Guests whose reservations do not include breakfast may purchase it at the hotel for an additional charge. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the exact inclusions.
Does the hotel offer in-room dining?

Spa

Does the hotel offer spa services?

Yes. Our Mélangé Spa is located on the Spa Floor (the 13th floor) of the hotel and operates daily from 08:00 to 22:00.

How can I make a spa reservation?

Spa reservations can be made directly at Mélangé Spa or through our Front Desk. Our team will be happy to assist with booking arrangements.

What services are available at the spa?

The spa offers a variety of services including full-body massage, foot massage, head massage, and hair washing services

Is smoking allowed at the hotel?

Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or any indoor areas of the hotel. Guests who wish to smoke are kindly requested to use the designated outdoor areas on the balconies.

Are pets allowed at the hotel?

Pets are not permitted at the hotel.

What is the child policy if any?

Children are welcome at the hotel.

Up to two children under 12 years old may share the room with their parents using existing bedding.

  • Children aged 0–5 stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding.
  • Children aged 6–11 are subject to a surcharge when sharing existing bedding without an extra bed.
  • Children aged 12 and above are considered adults, and an extra bed is required with an additional charge.

What is the visitor policy?

Visitors are allowed in guest rooms, with a maximum of two visitors per room. 

For security and guest privacy, outside visitors are not permitted after 22:00.

Is outside food and beverage allowed?

Yes, outside food and beverages are allowed. However, strong-smelling items such as seafood or durian are not permitted in guest rooms. Guests may request assistance from the Front Desk to store these items if needed.

Is the hotel responsible for lost belongings?

Guests are advised to store their valuables in the safety box provided in the room. The hotel cannot be held responsible for the loss of cash or personal valuables left unattended in guest rooms or public areas.

Do you issue VAT invoices?

Yes, VAT invoices can be issued for payments made directly to the hotel. Guests are kindly requested to provide the required billing information at the Front Desk during check-out.
